Updated forge to version 31.1.12

Config changes:

- Disabled keybind for item sorting with "Inventory Sorter" as we are keeping it for the item scrolling funktion.
- Added some default keybinds and settings.
- Disabled Machines giving off light when they're active, as flickering machines can cause a lot of lag.
