A summary of what this modpack entails:
A collection of mods with tougher monsters, many structures, and hindrances to making a successful village and slow progression. Several questlines via FTB Quests.
For example: Hand chopping of trees is disabled and a special tool must be made first in order to obtain wood in this manner, making the early game more dangerous. Villages do not spawn natively in the world and villagers must be created through converting zombie villagers. Jobsite blocks are uncreatable and have to be obtained via quest rewards or by finding in custom structures.
Added structures spawning in the world.
For example: custom strongholds, dungeons, towers, airships, navy ships, underground forges, sky castles, and other structures await to be explored and quest objectives completed as one works through the game pack.
Unique/Boss monsters.
For example: There are special skeletons whose attacks do unique things like knock one into the air only to suffer extremes falls, poison or ignite characters upon hitting them, or even explode, knocking off pieces of armor if they hit and are not blocked by a shield properly. Also, unique pillagers, zombies, sea monsters, and other creatures exist, some quite powerful and challenging to defeat.
MacTso's "Harder" mod collection.
Also included in this pack are a collection of "Harder" (Harder Farther, Harder Branch Mining, Harder Spawners, and Harder Natural Healing) mods to create additional challenges to progression and lengthen the game play.
Quests.
Several questlines have been created to help guide characters on their journey through the modpack, some designed to help give direction on how to progress through various mods added to the pack. Rewards for these quests have been considered to be "helpful" to progression yet not overpowered to make the game less challenging.
Wireless speakers.
Because who doesn't need the ability to sync a jukebox to multiple speakers at their home so ALL the villagers can join in the chant.
This pack was mainly created to introduce a vanilla+ experience for a group of friends who have progressed through the game a few times together and needed to shake things up and increase a world's gameplay duration. It's open to anyone to install and play if they wish!
