Gates of Avarice is a fast-paced Minecraft dungeon roguelite built around risk, loot, and knowing when to bail. Forge gateway crystals, enter unstable dungeons, fight through escalating waves, and gather as much loot as you can before greed gets you killed.
Every run asks the same question: keep pushing for better rewards, or bail out and secure what you have earned. Death in the dungeon means losing your run rewards, so survival matters.

Core Loop
•Forge gateway crystals with the Gateway Workbench.
•Enter dungeon and select a loadout.
•Fight escalating waves of enemies, elites, and themed mobs.
•Upgrade weapons, armor, runes, and utility items between waves.
•Use the exit portal to extract, or push further and risk losing everything.
Run Features
•Wave modifier cards that increase danger and rewards.
•Loot scaling across higher waves and stronger dungeon tiers.
•Loot boxes that store extracted rewards after successful runs.
•Dungeon coins earned during runs and spent on upgrades.
•The Gatekeeper shop for buying, selling, rerolling stock, and accessing upgrades.
Progression
•Runic gear with rune stats, effects, and scaling upgrade choices.
•Custom material progression, including metals, weapons, paxels, magnets, and high-tier loot.
•Skills and abilities progression between runs, letting you level up and return stronger.
