     Dark Steel now requires Steel. Graphite is now an alloy and requires Dark Steel , Gravel and Coal Dust.

    Extreme Reactors are now more expensive (Graphite change) and require Hardened Glass.

    Their power output has also been reduced by 40%. Turbines are unaffected.
