Reverted Embeddium settings that was needed because of Valkyrien Skies

Valkyrien Skies finally got an update that seems to have fixed face culling, which I enabled again in Embeddium. This might increase performance in some cases. The update also fixed the black chests that was caused by flywheel render. Unfortunately, the update did not yet bring support for Create 6, but they are working on it.
