There are blood types like only Eldian and Royal can turn into titan's but if you get Ackerman you get some health bonuses but you can't turn into a titan Marleyan your basicly just a basic person not much different then a normal player. You can lace food to titan spinal fluid and give it to someone then if they eat it beast titan can Scream and they turn into titans that beast titan can control.
