Reworked ore gen slightly

Tweaked mob spawning (ghasts are disabled for now, blazes are toned down, and a few other tweaks)

Silverfish Eggs moved to y level 50 and below, should make digging in a bit safer

Simple Achievements goals massively reworked. There are now over 50 goals to work towards, both major and minor in several different

categories, exploration, building, fighting, restoring the world, and quite a lot else.

Barring major bugs this should be the last beta release

A potential move from Simple Achievements to Better Questing is being investigated. However, Atonement is ill suited to the traditional quest/reward system and designed more for open ended goals.
