Removed Pet your Cobblemon and Worldborder

Some folks have settled out in the 25k block range, from when our RTP was busted. Things are very wonky out there, so I do not advise going beyond 15k blocks in any direction. Chaos you endure after that is at your own discretion. 

Pet Your Cobblemon was having a broken interaction with the battle tower. When NPCs attempt to dynamax, the game believes that they are trying to pet their cobblemon (It would be a right-click interaction on the cobblemon) and then is crashing the runs. If you were affected by this bug, please let me know what floor you were on! You shouldn't have to suffer because the cute mod got confused. :)
