1: Some performance improvements.

3: Lava no longer spawns hot gas.
4: Snow no longer melts into clouds (only hot gas can turn water into clouds now).
5: Lava can now be used as a fuel for IE generator and create crude burner, but hot gas will be produced as punishment.
