Ascent

Ascent is a Minecraft 1.20.1 modpack focused on exploration, challenging bosses, magic, races, and RPG progression.

Guided Progression

Ascent features a linear quest system designed to guide you throughout your journey. If you often feel lost in modded Minecraft and don't know what to do next, the questline provides clear objectives and introduces you to the different mods and systems in the pack.

The pack also features a Milestones system, giving you important progression goals to accomplish throughout your adventure and marking your journey as you grow stronger.

RPG Progression

Build your character and become stronger as you progress:

• Choose your race
• Develop your character through the Skill Tree
• Unlock new abilities and bonuses
• Fight increasingly powerful enemies and bosses
• Explore dangerous locations and discover powerful rewards

Exploration and Bosses

Ascent brings together some of the main boss and exploration mods available for Minecraft 1.20.1, giving you new structures, dimensions, enemies, and challenging encounters to discover.

To help guide your exploration, the pack includes a Structure Compass, allowing you to locate important structures and points of interest throughout your adventure.

Magic

Magic is also an important part of the experience, providing new spells, abilities, and ways to approach combat and exploration.

Shop

The pack includes a shop system where you can spend your resources on useful rewards, including:

• Golden Apples
• Enchanted Golden Apples
• Potion of Strength
• Totem of Undying
