Mechanics should be similar]. 

-mods removed: TMRV (wasn't supportive of new JEI API, so couldn't update mods), EMI Loot, Thirst Was Taken. 

-Notable Updates: Hybrid Aquatic (big update!), AoA core (stops worlds from corrupting and has a fallback bridge for astages breaking), PneumaticCraft, Nuclear Science, Better Combat, C2ME, Sophisticated Storage/backpacks/core, Create Aquatic Ambitions, and more.

-Fixed corruption glitch in worlds

-Fixed astages/ftbquests failure, where locked items would unlock and vice versa, going against stages. 

-Fixed other random glitches as well
