This update fixes dimension-entry progression not registering correctly in the quest system.

Fixed: Step Into the End

• Fixed the Step Into the End quest not completing when players entered the End.
• End-entry progression is now detected correctly for each player.
• Added a recovery check so players already standing in the End after updating can still receive quest credit automatically.
• Improved multiplayer reliability for dimension-entry progression.

Additional Fix

• Applied the same recovery handling to Nether-entry progression to prevent similar quest detection issues.
