Personally, I've always thought most horror modpacks are way too hard because you get constantly chased and killed, so this modpack is designed to make you feel like you're

 constantly being watched

but no good horrorpack is complete with creatures ther also are:

 no hostile mobs (-spider) blood visuals, multiple new biomes and structures and more

to enhance the experience

future plans:

1. two different versions:

in the future the modpack will have a classic and a modern version with both having completely different creatures, shaders and maybe inviroments.

2. blacklisting most biomes to just have the ones that fit the pack

3. custom quests and a story

these things will come within the updates leading up to version 2.0.0
