Arcana Rebirth

- Rebranded to Arcana Rebirth to emphasize the focus on magic and the unknown, as well as the respawn mechanics

- Added Born in Chaos, but disabled some of the more annoying and out-of-place mobs using BadMob (for example, Nightmare Stalker, Clown Zombies, etc. are unable to spawn)

- Disabled some creatures in Alex's Mobs and Ice and Fire that overlap with other mods (Flies, Sirens, and more), and nerfed the spawn weight of some annoying creatures like Stymphilian birds

- Removed the ability for Seagulls and Pixies to steal from the player

- Also removed Cockroaches because my friends don't like them :P

- Rebalanced some weapons from various mods to be more similar in strength. Most notably, heavily nerfed Dragonsteel weapons, as they dealt double the damage of anything else in the modpack
