arc upgrader mod is a mod where you can upgrade thing by using a upgrader item where you put a item with a specific value that increases your chances of getting an upgrade like you could get from 2 leather or something like that to a DRAGON EGG!!!!!!
Higher value=Higher chances
i added a few other mods mostly ones that arent that important like cooler achivements pop ups and then a more useful mod like shulkerbox tooltip which makes you able to see inside a shulker without opening it nad a few other mods.
