The Arbiter of Chaos pack aims to provide a balanced, long-lasting, and most importantly fun, PvP experience, while still allowing those with a builder's touch or pure pacifists to still enjoy the game. The pack will make heavy use of the Clans mod, and server owners will be encouraged to tweak the config to their liking.
