ARACHNO-CRAFT MODPACK - LICENSE

ARACHNO-CRAFT (Spidercraft) is a free modpack. This license covers only what iR3DN4X made for it:

  - the selection and arrangement of mods (the pack's mod list and manifest);
  - the configuration files and settings shipped in the pack;
  - the pack's name, description, and other text.

It does NOT cover the mods themselves. Every mod in Spidercraft belongs to its own
author and stays under that author's own license. That includes the Netherite
Octoarachnopod, which has its own license. Spidercraft does not contain or re-upload
any mod files: the CurseForge app downloads each mod from its author's own
CurseForge page. Minecraft belongs to Mojang Studios / Microsoft.

YOU MAY

  - Download and play Spidercraft for free, alone or with friends.
  - Make videos, streams and other media with it, monetized or not.
  - Run servers with it, public or private, and change its configs on your server.
    If you monetize a server, follow Minecraft's Usage Guidelines and the license of
    every included mod.
  - Change the pack for your own use: add, remove or update mods, and edit configs.
  - Make your own modpack based on Spidercraft, as long as you:
      * give it a different name and do not present it as the official Spidercraft;
      * credit Spidercraft with a link to its CurseForge page;
      * publish it for free, on CurseForge or Modrinth;
      * follow the license of every mod you include.

YOU MAY NOT

  - Re-upload Spidercraft, or any copy of it, anywhere else, or claim it as your own.
  - Sell Spidercraft or any version of it, or put it behind a paywall, a subscription
    or an ad-link. Several of the included mods forbid paid modpacks.
  - Bundle the mods' own files (their jars) into Spidercraft or into a pack based on
    it. Every mod must download from its author's official page.
  - Use the Spidercraft name or logo for a different pack in a way that suggests it
    is the official one.

The only official download of Spidercraft is its CurseForge page. A copy from
anywhere else may be modified or unsafe.

NO WARRANTY

Spidercraft is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Back up your worlds.
iR3DN4X is not liable for any damage or data loss that comes from using it.

The license shown on the Spidercraft CurseForge page is the one in force.
