AoDRP Fifth Modpack

I don't know if the acceptable overrides has changed, but they are still the same overrides as my earlier releases, this update was due to LLibrary totally breaking due to a pastebin page being removed, the mod had to be updated to fix it, this modpack fixes the LLibrary crash, once this update is approved, the old versions will be unpublished due to the crash bug.
