Greetings Antimatter Chemistry fans! It’s finally done. After getting permission from Arcana to update Antimatter Chemisty I worked hard on fixing as many bugs as possible and worked through roughly ~100 issues on github. Now I can finally present Antimatter Chemistry v1.3.0. Here are some of the most noticeable changes:
Mod installation problems:
- some mods in the pack where marked “abondened” by Curseforge and could no longer be downloaded, when installing / updating the pack
- all of these have been fixed for now by replacing them with maintaned forks
Map problems:
- Until now Antimatter Chemistry used a template world which was copied when a player created a new world.
- This template caused a lot of problems in the past, especially when mods changed or a new forge version was used.
- I removed the template system. No more templates. Just select the world you want to play on. (Every world is a new world now and not a copy of a template)
- A nice addition: The skyblock map is now multiplayer compatible. When you start your server for the first time a prompt will be shown in your server console to choose which map you would like to play. Everything else will be handled automatically.
Balance (especially the “End Game”):
- We all know how hard it is to “finish” Antimatter Chemsitry, because it takes ages to get all the materials for the singularities and fusing them together is super slow and you basically have to play the waiting game.
- I tweaked most energy values of the Alchemistry Fusion and Fission Reactor (they are faster now), reduced the energy requirement for the Quantum Quarry, almost halfed the “collecting” time for the neutron collector, made singularities cheaper
