Features of the modpack

This collection of mods is designed to present a somewhat different experience for players who've already played some of the more popular mod packs, and want something different from their regular experience -- but not too far off the beaten path.

You start in your home village, and can place a modest starter house, and there's a quest book for progress (default 'h' for help). This quest book is designed to present the world as you experience it, rather than just a mod achievements progression. This collection is primarily magic based, with the only major tech mod being Create for it's steam punk aesthetic.

Issues

"It uses too much RAM"

Click settings (lower left in CurseForge launcher) navigate to Minecraft/Java settings, and paste this string into additional Java settings:

The mod Waystones has a minor issue that it doesn't generate a Waystone in the first village, so as a workaround until they fix it (don't hold your breath) the first quest gives you a free waystone.
