Andy's Techy Pack

Changes:
Fixed some load times for launching the program. Before the modpack would hang up and try to crash. Load times reduced from 130 seconds to 55 seconds. More smoothing and better world load times too. 
There are some config and qol changes when it came to some recipes.
New Menu screen and music.

- Autoleveling: Removed due to issues with mobs leveling too quickly
- Drill: Removed due to bugs and glitches
- Decocraft: Removed due to very long launch time
- Dungeon Mobs: Removed due to overloading vanilla mobs
- Fallout Power Armor: Removed due to conflicting recipes, bugs, and enemy difficulty
- Lightspeed: Removed due to method conflict call during boot and no noticeable performance changes
- Masterful Machinery: Removed due to mod author disbanding project
- Special Mobs: Removed due to vanilla mobs not spawning and random game crashing
