(WARNING: This modpack is meant to be played with 3+ people on a group server --IT WILL NOT BE COMPLETE WITHOUT OTHER PEOPLE TO PLAY WITH--)
Starting Out:
After joining the server, you must choose a faction to align yourself with. This will be your main choice of gameplay throughout the entire server lifespan. While you can change it later, it will require the sacrifice of your player data. Choosing to sub-class in another faction is legal but would require collaboration between a member of that faction you are sub-classing in.
Faction Overview:
Magic Faction:
The magic faction will revolve around a varied few methods of exploration. The main way most of these mods will progress is by crafting or opening a magical tome you start out with in the beginning.
You shall look through various magical constructs and absorb natural phenomena through your world.
Your early game will consist of basic blood sacrifices, alchemy, and or stargazing which will unlock many powers and abilities for your character to behold.
Magic is full of wonder and mystery hosted in all beings and the very nature around us, it is simply waiting to be explored

Tech Faction:
Do you feel as if resource gathering could be quicker?
Do you feel like minecraft needed more technological machines to work with?
Ever felt like minecraft was too simple or too easy?
If you answer is yes to any of these questions, then congratulations, you’re a candidate for the Tech Faction.
Exploration Faction:
Dimensions, Bosses, We've got them all, we are the mercenaries for hire for the magic or tech faction and we hold unrivaled freedom.

Moderating World Difficulty:
This modpack uses a mod called scaling health to increase the difficulty of enemies over time, this also is what gives you heart canisters so we have made this another integral part of gameplay. All these actions are a per player basis the world difficulty will be averaged by all nearby players.
Here is what will change the difficulty:
- Day passing: +1 difficulty (bad, This makes mobs stronger)
- Sleeping: -5 difficulty (good, This makes mobs weaker)
- Blight kill (the buff mobs): -2 difficulty
- Boss Dies: +10 difficulty
- hostile mob killed by player: -0.1 difficulty
- non hostile Mob killed by player : +0.1 difficulty
Goal:
From the start to the end each faction will be relying on each other in order to complete each their mods. They cannot progress without each other, so whether in working together or waging war, anything goes. The end game is for each faction to reach the ability to kill the Chaos Dragon! Who ever does it first wins!
