Deleted Portalium: Unfortunately, this mod was causing more lag than it actually prevented. Removing it has completely resolved the massive chunk lag issues.
Deleted Packet Fixer: Removed to clean up the modlist, as the existing Connectivity mod already takes care of these network problems!
