this is a datapack for servers called Server Essentials it adds a couple of features that are essential for your Minecraft server

here are the features:

• permanent night vision
• by running /scoreboard players set gameplay.maxDeaths server_essentials.settings then a number you can enable max deaths that when reached will put you in Spectator mod
• by running /scoreboard players set gameplay.giveKit server_essentials.settings 1 you can give starters 64 steaks when joining
• hearts will be displayed below the player's name
• custom display name/team for players, owners, and if line 2 is enabled even ghosts
• a "welcome to the server" message for every new player
• crafting recipes for items without a crafting recipe (all crafting recipes are balanced and fair) items include mob heads, diamond horse armor, enchanted golden apple, all mob eggs with their head, spawner, totem of undying, trident
• you can now change the minimum and maximum of fishing loot you can get from fishing treasure by running /scoreboard players set fishingLoot.maxLoot essentials_mc.settings {number} for minimum, or /scoreboard players set fishingLoot.minLoot essentials_mc.settings {number} for maximum
