Config Changes

• Added Customer Starter Gear, 16 Torches, 6 Beef Wellington and an Akashic Tome, Place the tome in a crafting table to populate it with books!
• Changes TConstruct tables to not render items. (Fixes render crash when crafting Mekanism etc).
• Changed recipe for Acceleration Wand.
• Customised Akashic Tome start items.
• Disabled Spawning of Pam's Trees and Gardens. (Seeds can be gotten by breaking greass, saplings from the market block).
• Fixes Nether Ore: No Explosions, Nether Redstone ore.
• Fixes Railcraft Recipes, Plates Oredict etc.
• Reduced Cyclic drops.
• Reduced TAIGA Ore Spawns significantly.
