Most server hosts will need to remove the old forge Libraries folder for the serverstart file to be able to install the new forge version

Turn off Utilitix drop planting
Updated Complementary Reimagined shaderpack
Added Chipped for more Decoration options
Changed out Rubidium extra and dynamic lights mods
