Quest and recipe cleanup across Create addons, Neo Vitae, silver processing, and a few impossible leftover quests. EIO custom compat is moved into a mod with registry aliases. Ice and Fire pile duplication via Building Gadgets 2 is mitigated, ATM drill cobble/netherrack output is reduced, and a few JEI hides and localization updates land.
