Special Regulation for Minecraft Servers (Authorization)
Notwithstanding the strict "Non-Commercial" restriction of the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0, the following is expressly permitted:

Server Operation: Operating this modpack on public or private Minecraft servers is fully permitted.

Monetization: Monetizing these servers (e.g., through the sale of in-game ranks or cosmetic perks) is allowed, provided that these revenues are NOT directly related to accessing the modpack or the sale of the modpack itself.

Free-to-Play: The modpack must remain accessible to all players on the server permanently and free of charge for the client-side access.
Conditions
- Attribution: Any redistribution or modification must clearly state the author (MCFabikDE) and include a link to the original GitHub repository (https://github.com/MCFabik/AKW-Ultimate-Tech-Design).
- ShareAlike: If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the exact same license (including this special regulation).
- Third-Party Rights: This license refers exclusively to the curation, configurations, and scripts of the modpack. The rights to the included mods (such as Mekanism, Create, Axiom, etc.) remain with their respective authors. Their individual licenses must be strictly observed.
