Age of the Flood

-Tweaked some crafting recipes to better unify recipes and ingredients
  -Removed crafting recipes for TFMG and DoTF sulfur and cahnged recipes that needed them to use SCGuns sulfur
  -Did the same for Nitrate dust for TFMG with SCGuns Niter
  -Also altered crafting recipe for SCGuns Nitropowder to craft 16 instead of seven, and the dust recipe for 4 instead of 9.
  (basically, you get 64 nitro powder dust from one nitropowder craft instead of 63 like it was previously.)

-Increased health for the Juggernaught, Tank, Maw, and Golem flood forms and doubled the health for the proto graveminds. (they're meant to be difficult to kill lol. but I may revert it in the future.)

-Reduced spawn rates for Stonelings and Oretoise.

-Removed Create: New Age. (TFMG kinda makes it redundent.)

-Added Personality mod

-Tweaked Oil deposites to contain one million buckets of oil, instead of ten thousand, before being depleted.

-Removed Omega Stack upgrade and the Infinity upgrades for Backpacks.

-slightly altered power generation and requirement for Create: CA and TFMG generators, as well as speed requirements for TFMG generators.
