Again We Craft

There were some minor fixes and a mod was removed.

-Electroblobz Wizardry was removed due to it causing weird crashing issues.

-Fixed an issue where IC2 machines would randomly disappear.

-Changed configs to allow upgrades from Thermal Foundation to be crafted properly.

-Reduced the zombie awareness distance from 64 blocks down to 8 to help mitigate their obscene tracking.

-Reduced the rate that mobs can mine to 1/4th of what it was originally.

-Removed certain weapons and armor sets from the pool of items mobs can spawn with.

-Minor cleaning up of Delete Item and Craft Tweaker mods.
