Config Changes:

Reenabled Vampire biome - Vampirism

Disabled Golden Bag of Holding and Kikoku - Extra Utilities (both seem to cause server crashes)

Increased Blaze Spawning - Quark

Remove (again) Dragons breaking blocks - Ice & Fire (caused a TON of lag)

Decreased level of Repel enchant - EnderIO (high levels were causing lag)

 

Dungeon Loot Changes:

Remove Golden Bag of Holding
