AFGCraft

The official 1.12.2 modpack of the AFGCast community.

Preface

You acquire powerful progression through magical, martial or technological means thanks to the meticulous blend of mods. Any playstyle is catered to, and the pack has an excellent focus on inter-mod synergy. There's something for everyone: be it lasers, lightning bolts or large missiles.

Harvest resources with mighty quarries, magically animated autonomous lasers, or design your own tools to get the job done yourself!
Amass energy to power your complex machines with Hydroelectric turbines, Gas powered engines, or even Fusion Reactors -- each more dangerous than the last!
Defend your land with master-crafted weaponry, automated projectile sentries, a book of spells, or with the threat of mutually assured destruction -- Nuclear Missiles.

About

The focus of the modpack is Science versus Magic PVP -- with many mods such as ICBMs and Thaumcraft to provide the destructive power expected in a modded PVP environment.
The pack offers over 200 different mods, such as Industrial Craft, Biomes O' Plenty, Astral Sorcery, Nuclearcraft, Project Red, Mine Colonies & BuildCraft.
The pack aims to have everything as balanced as possible, so that regardless of which side you choose you can have fun.
Power generation has been tweaked heavily, so generators that aren't usually worth the effort, might be in this pack. IndustrialCraft2 EU can be converted to RF, and vice versa, with Flux Networks.

Requirements

Tested using an FX-6350, the modpack uses approx. 6gb of memory and has minimal lag without the use of performance mods.
