Aether Ascendancy: Twilight Horizons

Changes and Fixes: (hopefully should run better/not crash) (suggest for users to make a new world for this update)

Removed Ice&Fire: dragons causing problems, structures overly littering overworld, didn't fit dimensional theme too well

Removed Airship mods (Eureka): this may be temporary, mod was no longer up to date, lag problems aswell

Removed old backpack mod: This was supposed to be phased out

Removed some small mods causing problems

Updated all mods: lots of small and large updates for all mods

Also, added a few new small mods to enhance Create and Aether (some Aether structures)
