+Added Simple Voice Chat

-Removed Create Extended Flywheels and Create Gears and Cogs due to causing compatibility errors.

 

There is a bug in which some Alex's Mobs freeze in place upon loading a chunk, likely related to FastLoad. This is most apparent in birds. Due to this being relatively low impact and due to the rest of the modpack working as intended, this has been deemed an acceptable issue.
