AERO SMP TWO
A Create-based modpack for building and flying aircraft. It is made for a small multiplayer server (the AERO SMP) but also works in singleplayer.
Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge 21.1.252.
What you can do
- Build aircraft, airships, submarines and rockets as moving contraptions that fly, float and crash.
- Power them with steam, diesel or electric engines, and steer them with thrusters, propellers or computers.
- Automate farms, factories and item delivery with Create's belts, pipes and logistics systems.
- Run trains and rail networks.
- Write programs that control your builds, using in-game computers.
- Play through a quest book that walks you through the main mods.
Main mods
- Create: a technology mod where you build machines out of shafts, gears, belts and fluid pipes that turn rotational power into crafting, farming and transport.
- Create Aeronautics and Sable: the physics layer. Sable lets blocks you build move as a real physical structure, and Aeronautics adds the parts to make those structures fly, such as lift, balloons and engines.
- CC: Tweaked: adds programmable computers and turtles that you script in Lua, for autopilots, displays and automation.
- Create addons: Create Crafts & Additions (electricity), Diesel Generators (fuel engines), Big Cannons (artillery), Enchantment Industry (automated enchanting), Connected and Copycats (building and decoration blocks), Steam 'n' Rails (trains), Numismatics (an in-game currency) and Radar (detecting targets).
- Storage and farming: Sophisticated Backpacks and Storage, Refined Storage and Farmer's Delight.
- Utility: FTB Quests (the quest book), FTB Chunks (claims and map), Plasmo Voice (proximity voice chat), JEI (recipes) and Jade (block info).
- Performance and visuals: Sodium, Lithium, Iris and optional shader packs.
Installing
CurseForge app: press Install.
Servers: use your host's CurseForge modpack installer. A few client-only mods get installed too and need removing from the server's mods folder as of now. (see the README).
