Adventurers with a Day Job

Overview:

This modpack Focuses on developing a Mine Colony, whilst also offering extensive adventuring content.

Ride Dragons or Fly Aircraft to explore a plethora of distant biomes (along with lots of pre-generated structures). Improve your gear and knowledge of the Arcane so that you can fight (and survive) challenging Bosses.

But, dont forget you've got a day job as Mayor of your ever-expanding Colony.

Hover over an item and press [Ctrl+T] to link it in Chat
[Alt+Right-Click]: Pickup and Carry Chest (to move it without having to empty it)

Overriden:

[E]: Open Curio's Inventory (rather than default Inventory) which displays normal Inventory + Curios
[I]: Open default Inventory/Creative Mode Inventory

Getting Started:

Craft and Equip a Backpack (to your Back Slot)
Craft and Equip a Lunch Box (place it in your Hotbar) and then eat up to 3 different Food to (temporarily) incease your Maximum Health and and various effects.
Craft a Supply Ship or Supply Wagon and place it in the world to start your Colony
Craft your Storage setup (a mixture of Tom's Simple + Sophisticated Chests + Storage Drawers)

Mid-Game Content:

Explore (use Waypointsm build an Aircraft or tame a Dragon to explore distant Biomes)
Craft a Salvaging Table, Reforging Table and Gem Cutting Table to salvage and improve your equipment
Craft an Enchanting Table (including the special ones like the Ocean Enchanting Table), Enchanting Infuser and Apotheosis Bookshelves to Enchant your equipment
Summon a Gate Pearl and complete a Gateway
Visit the Roguelike Dungeons

- Autoleveling -- Mobs are higher level the farther you are from spawn (and the deeper down you dig)
- Better Combat (Fabric & Forge): -- Fancy attack animations, Accurate weapon collision detection, Weapon combos, Dual wield any combination, Two-handed weapons, Hold to attack, etc
- Combat Roll (Fabric & Forge) -- Press [R] to Dodge/Roll
- Gateways to Eternity -- Summon gateways which spawn waves of mobs and claim treasure if you beat them
- Ice and Fire: Dragons:
  - Adds numerous new monbs (Dragons, Ghosts, Liches, Hydras, Sea Serpants and many more!)
  - Dragon Taming and Riding and Dragon Equipment
- Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks -- Magic
  - Scrolls can be cast from the Hotbar with [Right-Click] (but will be consumed).
  - Inscribe a Scroll to a Spellbook and then equip the Spellbook to your Spellbook Slot.
    Hold [~] to show the Spell Selection Wheel and Press [Q] to Cast the Spell.
- Iron's Rpg Tweaks (Damage, IFrames, Durability, XP, Hunger:
  - Removed iframes to suit multiplayer
  - No Durability Durability Loss on Usage (Replaced with Durability Loss on Death)
  - No Hunger -- Food directly heals you instead
- Spice of Life: Valheim -- replaces health/hunger system with a Valheim inspired system
- Wesley's Roguelike Dungeons -- Multi-floor Dungeons with a different looting system, puzzles and boss fights. More detailed information can be found here.

- Auto Third Person -- automatically switch to third person when using a boat, etc
- Enchantment Descriptions -- adds descriptions of their effects to Enchanted Item tooltips
