You spawn in a normal world.
in the beginning it will feel like Vanilla, but soon after spawning in you will notice the mods. This can be beneficial to your plans.
It is based on technology, but other mods are there too.
A minimum of 4GB Ram is recommended for a smooth gaming experience.
