Updated a bunch of mods to newer versions.

Removed the villager recruits mod as it made early game too easy.

Configured guard villagers. Reduced their speed and prevented them from opening doors. Also increase their max health to make them more durable

Configured the spawn rate from the mythic mounts mob. Greatly reduce the spawn rate to balance out how helpful they are with traveling.

Added the HT's TreeChop mod. Cutting down the massive trees should be a lot easier now.

Added the Shoulder surfing Reloaded mod. Should make third person mode more playable.

Added the Chisel and Bits mod. Go crazy with decorating.

Adjusted the resource packs. They should actually work now
