Hotfix Update - Added new main menu! And updated most mods.

Changes:
- Updated Most Mods
- Moved Potion Effects to right side so they don't cover curio slots
- Changed Splash Text on Main Menu to Confluence Main Menu's
- Added option to swap between Main Menu Themes
- Enabled Lootr chest breaking without sneaking
- Disabled unopened Lootr chest particles to potentially reduce lag
- Updated some Quests
Removed:
- Sodium Options API (Now built into Sodium)
