Configs:
Added rest of iCrafters to raider list.
Tweaked raider health settings.
Made it so Resonating Redstone Crystals are not obtainable via mining redstone ore with diamond pick (side effect is that fortune doen't work on redstone ore, and redstone ore always drops 5 dust)
