This has over 115 origins and a mini map and a few crafting things, the mini map adds it to the top right of your screen, it makes it so that you can see nearby creatures and blocks, the 115 origins adds things of the likes of;
1. 2 Moth species
2. A series of 3+ dragon species
3. A few wither monsters, with one of them being half dragon
These change how your hunger or health bar is affected sometimes, and with all of them you gain new abilitie
There is also a mod that adds extra biomes, with the vanilla ones still being in the game
