NostalgiaCraft focuses on having enough content to constantly come back to. There are many mods within NostalgiaCraft that allow oneself to slow down and take Minecraft at a slower pace, such as having to level up to use certain tools or armors. There are also many mods included for exploration and dungeon crawling. Individuals can travel to different dimensions, tame various creatures, have their own ranch with different male and female ranch animals, craft various food/meals, and find a new biome to set down a home with all the decorations in the modpack. Overall, NostalgiaCraft encourages one to become nostalgic about all of the features in 1.12.2 including the prominent mods that are well known for 1.12.2.
