A kitchen sink city

I dont know why, but curseforge thought it would be funny to remove a few key mods.... so I archived the one that was processing and am re-releasing it.

I got rid of pollution of the realms as I've grown to hate it. (I also removed advanced chimneys)

I added some new stuff.

I don't care if something you made breaks.
