A Hole New Whirled

Release Notes:

This version - 

1. Updates the mod list to the most up to date version, while also adding some quality of life and performance improvement mods.

2. Greatly altered the balance of many of the configurations.  This version also allows for Optifine G8 integration.

3. Updated spawn rate of various monsters.

4.  Fixed lag issue for servers and sped up client side processing.
