The grand enhancement project

So, there was a problem with leaves. To put it simply, they were a bit buggy. But for every problem, there's a solution. And If you don't know why something happens, just slap a workaround in. So, leaves are passable now.

For the second, more important part, brewing seemed a bit uderwhelming, so I decided to enhance it a little bit. It's not a ton of changes, but a few quality of life stuff and also a few additions to the system.

As for the rest of stuff there's updateds for a few mods, as new versions came out. Also, a jei enhancement mod was added, to give you even more info about items. And that's about it.
