Added:
-Some animals may seem a little "different"

Changed:
-Change the driving mechanics
-Rewrite enrichment system to also have saturation
-The wiki book now uses more of the lang file
-Increase search distance for spawn rules of water animals from 20 to 60

Fixed:
-Fixed animals not being able to be placed in vehicles
-Fixed animals taking control over vehicles
-Fixed a bug where all vehicles wheels would animate by the control of one
-Changed how biomes are config loaded so that if the user adds a broken biome zawa continues loading anyway
-Fix a bug where NPC spawns could not be disabled by the config
-Fixed an issue where biomes would duplicate in the config
