Updates the clan interfaces and fixes text clipping, wrapping and rank-header layout. Keeps clan saved data and the clans-2 protocol.

Install this JAR only on the dedicated server. Keep one version per side, back up the world and preserve existing TOML/player data. Minecraft 1.20.1 / Forge 47.4.x / Java 17.
