Makes the zombies run. Other mods that did this appear to be scaling or the cause of great server lag.

Makes zombies run. All it does. No crazy scanning or increasing speeds etc. There might be a minor "attack" addition in the future. Think leaping, or straffing but I'm not sure. For now this mods about speedy bois.
