Survival Mode

When this mod is installed, zombies will begin spawning after 5 in-game days. They spawn approximately 120 blocks away from the player in one of the four cardinal directions.

These zombies possess collective intelligence and share the location of their prey with nearby zombies.

In other words, if just one zombie spots you and there are 10 more nearby, all of them will come running.

Evolution Stages

Zombies evolve through five stages, from Stage 0 to Stage 4.

Stage 0

No eyes
Crawls on all fours
Follows sounds
Cannot break blocks

Stage 1

Develops eyes
Crawls on all fours
Cannot break blocks

Stage 2

Has eyes
Crawls on all fours
Suppresses the sounds it makes, allowing it to move stealthily
Cannot break blocks

Stage 3

Has eyes
Walks on two legs
Can break blocks

Stage 4

Has eyes
Walks on two legs
Can break blocks
Uses coordinated pack tactics against players

Surviving with this mod alone will not be easy. You may want to bring a gun from another mod.

Current Version

Currently, only Fabric 1.21.4 is supported.

This mod is still in beta.

I originally made it just for myself, but since so many people showed interest, I decided to release it publicly.

If the mod becomes popular, I plan to continue updating it.
