This is a little mod that tweaks the behaviour of the zombie villager infection mechanic to have a 100% chance, regardless of difficulty. This behaviour can also be toggled with the guaranteedConversion gamerule. This can be especially useful on a server where more and less skillfull players play together. One side wants to build crazy trading halls, but the other wants to keep the difficulty at easy.
